Because of its seclusion, we can get away with circumventing the city regulations as code enforcement has no way to verify how much the property gets booked.

For your investment property loans, if they are done in an LLC, most of them don't report to your personal FICO Score, however you can ask the lender before you get a loan to verify.

Just thought I'd jump in here and let everybody know he's real and legit he has a proven track record and if you're smart enough to use a public record search then you will be able a verify this fact for yourself.
