The vast majority of the populace are clueless and incredibly scared about going at a transaction without an agent. 

The library is only ~30 episodes deep so it's accessible to cruise through them all.  

When I meet a new client, the vast majority of them aren't quite sure what they need or are looking for.

Go compare cost of living in multiple areas and you'll see it's vastly different.

Wasps are not something I would normally leave to a tenant if they call but by the same token the vast majority of my tenants are mature enough to simply get rid of wasps the same way I do.

I'm in the vast minority on BP but I do not ask for co-signors or guarantors.

They can give you tidbits but I’ll be vastly different overall.

For example, we can be especially bad with buying cheap books and leaving them everywhere...so we try to use resources like the library more often or we'll donate our excess.
