I got a lawyer for the tenant lease agreement, broadcasted my condo over craigslist, zillow, trulia, and wham bam few months later I found a decent tenant.

I work as a part-time Chef in a stadium where soccer is played; so you know that not to much work unless I'm there.

And they are not agents so it has not been broadcast all over the MLS.

Due to the fact I know there are quite a few investors in my local market that are on this forum I do not want to broadcast what the margin is on each deal but they are collectively bringing in $15-20K in monthly revenue. 

Btw, the broadcasts are my absolute favorite!

Broadcasting the property itself on craigslist is never a good idea. 

Will that prevent me from getting the outsized losses that don't get broadcasted?  

The amount of work required to schedule, book, record, edit, and broadcast them is  exponentially "amazing"  - like our host and co-host often say.This allowed me to diversify in REI after learning very valuable lessons in negotiation, management, value-added, integrity, and encouragement. 

Extra Space storage (storage rental) in between I-64 and Butchertown gave me notice that I must vacate my storage unit - the City is buying the property for the new soccer arena.   

There has not been a single broadcast that has not provided me value or that I felt was a waste of my time.
