I see the thread for the success stories & deals for flips but cannot seem to find one for Wholesaling which has accidentally became our bread & butter and now putting my team & myself in the number 1 spot in Central FL.

Due to the fact I know there are quite a few investors in my local market that are on this forum I do not want to broadcast what the margin is on each deal but they are collectively bringing in $15-20K in monthly revenue. 

We are now a 5 person team in which 3 guys focuses strictly on acquisitions from multiple sources, and I primarily handle all of the sales / selling of the properties after acquisition. 

No one else is posting their deals?!?!
