Hello BP members,I am one year away from getting into to real estate and am i hear to soak up as much information about everything i possibly can.

A lot of free content out there, soak up as much free content as possible but action is the key, I was terrified when I started but I knew I had to try some of the stuff I learned.BAM, it worked

I look at everything as a learning experience and I will try to soak up as much as I can here.

I have been educating myself so that the odds are in my favor.I am not looking to get rich, I just want to be able to retire and be a grandmother to my 1yr old grandson.There is some great wisdom here and I intend to soak it up.

The tenant merely soaked up the surface water that he could see and tried to cover up what had happened.

Hello everyone,I am a new member who has been sitting on the sidelines for a couple of weeks while soaking up as much knowledge as possible.I am located in Southern Indiana and have profitably rehabbed 3 properties and have one rental.
