@Molly MorlinoA couple suggestions:Install exterior smoke detectors that are Bluetooth connected to video cameras that will send you an alert on your smartphone when someone is smoking outside. 

Plus they can take a few Smart Phone pictures and text them to you immediately if you want.

The property manager has all of them on his smartphone and adjusts them before a guest arrives and when they leave.  

recently upgraded  phone and lost  app that was  useful...cant locate it to reinstall ?   DOes this not  exist  anymore?
