Online Escrow with App?

What options are there? It's 2024 and still some escrow co's are expecting the buyer to drive to another county just to post escrow and/or sign forms.

Which escrowers have online transactions, preferably with an App that works on Smartphones? 

Preferably based in-state in case they stall release of escrow funds which is a growing concern with lawyers and escrowers corruption in this economy!

I just use mobile notaries that come to me. Except a few recent signings had to be at the title companies offices, due to the state where the transactions were. But, it is a national title company with many offices, so it wasn't far.

But, a quick online search turned up some title companies that do "digital closings" or eclosings." I am not sure about a mobile app though. But, you can check these out:
