I will just relax for a few years, pile up cash and then move into multifamilies.  

I know you will be above average.These thoughts come to mind when I hear the words average...... borderline poverty, 401K, working to earn and not to learn, wanting be paid for everything, working only 8 hours a day, out of office reply on your email, thank good it's friday,  glad we hit hump day,  lets get to the lake and relax, stay on the sidewalk....Frank

So I have decided that my next move is to find a small studio in the area and continue renting so I can relax a bit and focus on deal that make sense and not be pressured into making a mistake early on.  

One that I can relax and enjoy the learning curve.

Im am no stranger to hard work but I would rather relax on a beach or take my new puppy Scout to Greenlake (hence the long term goal of passive income). 

Instead of being mad at me, he appreciated that I let him relax on his birthday while I worked.    

First thing is relax and don't place any pressure on yourself.
