Hello all,

My name is Tyler Racher. I am live in Seattle, WA. My plan it so focus on areas south of Seattle while starting. I just wanted to take the time and say hi. I am not someone who is used to posting on forums or being active in social media. I know in this business that will have to change.

Step#1: Post something on a forum. This is out of my comfort zone so I know I must be doing something right. 

While and if I have your attention, I might as well let you know why I am here. I am looking to acquire multi-family homes to create passive income in the future. Im am no stranger to hard work but I would rather relax on a beach or take my new puppy Scout to Greenlake (hence the long term goal of passive income). Im very excited to be getting started in real estate investing and look forward to the adventure.
