The ones who are about to enroll in a local real estate school so we can recruit them?

I've recently moved back to the South Bay (Palo Alto, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, San Jose) area working my dayjob in the IT staffing industry as a recruiter and account manager with Apex Systems.I've done some research over the last year and I'd love to be able to set a 1-2 year goal of buying a multi family (2-4 unites) with an FHA or other subsidzed first time home owner loan.My target area is in Santa Clara in between the University and the Cal Train station. 

I purchased in December of 2013 and received orders for Recruiting duty up here in the Bay Area.

Think of it this way you have to create a team for your business and you are recruiting only the most talented and people who you can count on so it takes time to build a team. 

As an anecdote, I was once recruited for this team that boasted they had over 200 listings on this island down here in Southwest Florida.  

Oregon State is one of the few mainland colleges that actively recruits year in and year out on Oahu at least.
