Do this quickly because some counties have a time limit on when you can appeal.I recommend you research the market for:- Comparable Property Sales- Condition of your property, including anything that may affect your property's value- If you are really serious, an expert appraisal may be worth the effort.

I couldn't be more pleased.This type of investing would highly recommend for those folks who don't want to be on the phone with lenders, property managers, insurance companies, trying to upload 100 documents to the lender, etc.Recently, I sold a rental property and did a 1031 exchange.

At appraisal it was worth $500K and it is in a neighborhood where homes that are on a third the size of the lot are going for $800K.What's the best way to get a loan, about $150K, to rehab his house and get it ready to sell. as mentioned, I recommend getting a loan to rehab the property.

@Tyler Koller, we use QBO for all of our Clients but I don't recommend it as a PM software (since it's not that).
