And we don't want to put out a product that would frustrate our readers.

I've been reading Brandon Turners book on rental property investing where he encourages his readers to use the forums so here i am!

I have been submetering my duplexes using submeters and remote readers from flows.com.

If you'd like to bore any remaining readers, I'm happy to get into this further as to whether a sales contract with "[Buyer] and/or assigns", with a $10 EMD, a 30 day close and a 30 day contingency establishes an equitable interest at all.

I can demo IRR until my fingers drop and there will still be people making their counter arguments, whether or not it is true or relevant.Part of that is that the reader's understanding and interpretation of these spreadsheets and the IRR calculation is not fully understood.BUT again.... that's perfectly fine with me!

And I would be interested to know how you did it (and other readers as well who read this in the future).

Tableau has a free “reader” version I can send to investors, which allows them to do everything I mentioned.Is this something that investors would be interested in or need?
