Call the bank and ask them to postpone the sheriff's sale.

Judge advised manager that he can think of several ways to put a doorway in and allows the attorney to start to talk about the ADA...While I'd LOVE to be able to report how this all came out... the management company couldn't show evidence that they were legally entitled to sue on behalf of the owner and the judge postponed the whole thing until this afternoon.

Admittedly, I've postponed soliciting private sellers and it looks like it may be time for that.

It could also be that they didn't have all their ducks in a row but thought they did and may need to postpone the closing another day or so, which happens to me all the time..lol.

Hi guys/gals, I made it a requirement to postpone my first post unless I was able to close on my deal.

I'm new to the foreclosure process, but I'm looking at a preliminary title report where the owner still has title and a trustee sale has been postponed for two months.
