Judge advised manager that he can think of several ways to put a doorway in and allows the attorney to start to talk about the ADA...While I'd LOVE to be able to report how this all came out... the management company couldn't show evidence that they were legally entitled to sue on behalf of the owner and the judge postponed the whole thing until this afternoon.

It could also be that they didn't have all their ducks in a row but thought they did and may need to postpone the closing another day or so, which happens to me all the time..lol.

I would also recommend Dan Seufferlien, I have worked with him on several deals and he has been great.As far as Cedar Rapids investor meetups we actually got one started early this year but due to the coronavirus we have had to postpone events for the time being.
