I am not quite sure what this means yet, but I was thinking more along the lines of @Evan Polaski and pretty much treating this like it is owned by a mom and pop where good records tend to not be kept. 

I am just a mom and pop operator and this is just my opinion worth only the time it took me to type it out. 

I've checked a few times but most stuff that pops up is in the seattle area. which I don't mind but a few real estate networking events that I attended people were more focused on DADU projects.

It’s the fastest growing city in America and is poised to pop.

You can also pop in to one of our local REIA groups to network with other investors.

It has a lot of glitches. however, instead of  houses popping up, The game I envisioned would be an open world game.

That way if something big pops up I can renegotiate or back out. 

The new atrium glass was not in the original budget but really made the project pop.

There was a lot of competition when I bought my 1st property in that area in 2018 but a bunch of new STR communities have popped up over the last few years leading to a much more competitive market.
