I 100% believe majority of people are not so "dareing " at heart, but, because GURU opening teach and encourage publicly in class, even call those "successful" people to stand up and appraise them with the amount of money they raised, so the rest can follow suit, they are turning the evil thing to be a "marvelous" act, surely not 100% people believed, but a good bunch of people were really brainwashed and mis-guided !!!

Fascinating, around here unpermitted work is so ubiquitous the banks don't dare draw the line.

All this wrap-around mumbo jumbo is, dare I say - not for novices.I agree with @Christopher Brainard's simple strategy: "Don't buy properties that have negative equity"!

They even dared to use us to promote their company on Facebook & Google.The Flipping seminar was very basic.

I dare say deeds require more thorough research than liens, but both require you to do research.

Any buyer that even dares ask me, I tell them to get the hell out of my face and he or she will forever be removed from my list.It is that simple!

There is one way we have been able to do this though.With a ranking 1 website, we get leads in on automatic and on demand.HOWEVER that said it is not magic.You don't flip a switch and the leads come pouring in.We use analytical psychological strategies to get our traffic obsessed with filling in the forms.I am not sure what "programs" you are talking about, but unless these so called automated programs teach you how to become trustwothy and capable, I wouldn't dare touching it.

They also don't DARE trash the place on the way out -- you can sue for damages, and *poof* there goes their new house!

If not, would you dare tell them that?
