If you ever need a brain to pick, I have been investing in the pembroke pines/cooper city area for a couple of years.

Not to mention it is not bulletproof, offers no protection for the wall (if something hits the rubber base, it will probably damage the wall above) and as stated above could pull off and then damage the Sheetrock when it needs replacing.Go with basic, $1-$1.50/LF FJ pine base.

I am looking at investing here as well, specifically the Pine Hills neighborhood.

I am interested in a duplex there, half occupied by long term (10+ years) tenant. The area looks very nice, the neighborhood is very well kept, and the property meets the 50% rule fairly comfortably, at first glance. ...

My uncle lives in St Augustine Florida and needs to refinish about 350 sf of heart pine.
