I would like to see if someone can help answer my question and if they are even interested in the property.... here is the address

Im looking to purchase the property above and flip it? I'm looking for investors that could make an offer to purchase this property or what should i expect to pay if im looking to sale the property within 1-2 months after i purchase it and still make at least 15% profit.
property is going to be clean title and does not require any major repair maybe just $5k-8k in updating the house. no back taxes or anything no liens or anything so considering my only minor repair estimate what should i buy the property for me to make at least 15% profit if i sell through real estate agent? and what is an investor willing to pay for this property if im looking to cash out between the time i have property for sale and no offers and i need to cash out for another opportunity im looking at in august at auction.
