I am realistic in my approach and mindset, I realize from reading this forum there are newbies here and men and women who have climbed the ladder of achievement.I am looking for advice, for help to be more then I can be in this arena of Real estate investing.How can a newbie such as myself attract those who have the resources the knowledge and professionalism that will benefit them from their tutelage?

I think it is hard for most women to understand what men typically do and likewise for men to understand what women do.

I have a men's group at church Tuesday at 7:15.  

As long as I provide clean, safe, habitable housing, I don’t have to worry about slum lords, because their tenants wind up being my tenants and if similar competition becomes an issue, than it’s up to me to either adjust my rents or provide better amenities, but as long as I have that control, I don’t have to worry about outside forces affecting my operations, which brings up another great quote by Sir Isaac Newton after he lost money in the South Sea Bubble, “I can calculate the movement of the stars, but not the madness of men.”The other reasons real estate is a superior investment is because I can get a loan from my banker to help me purchase real estate.

My dream is to establish a place where the orphaned and fatherless could be given the opportunity to learn how to grow into godly men, both providing them the influence to live honorably and full of integrity, while also equipping them with everyday skills needed to break the cycle of brokeness they have previously experienced.

Hey @Joseph Shevy, yea that sounds good men.

You never know what the seller is willing to do until you ask.Don’t get sucked into the deal just because you have spent money on the report…but don’t make excuses to get out either.At some point you need to have good handy men or contractors on your team.If you use them enough they will give an honest opinion of what repairs are necessary and if you should go through with the deal.

When I asked them why they would do this, he just said those "nice men aren't very good in math."

No appointments were set without my husband in the house, and most often, my husband and several other men in the house (we are trying to move so we have been packing and had help packing from friends and family.)  

Remains shouldn't take up a box larger than a box for a pair of men's shoes, but maybe she was really big.You could just ship (illegal through USPS, but a friend shipped her grandma that way regardless) to the seller (or the crematorium) and she's not your problem.
