Tons of flights.

If you do not know what your destination is then how in the world would you shop for flights to get there.

I was about to settle for the virtual attendance of a real estate seminar on July 26-28 just so I can save money on flight snd hotel.

As you point out very few people buy stocks through a full price broker nor do they call a travel agent to book flights.

Cheap/fast flights to Inland Empire.

Look out for major negatives such as long staircases to front door, no garages (at least in CA and TX) locations on major streets (or backing up to major streets with traffic noise, proximity to train tracks or under airport flight paths, no yards on hillsides can be a big negative, proximity to flood zones, proximity to commercial or industrial, lack of similar size homes in the area or having what will be a great home but surrounded or in the proximity of  crap (shacks, run down homes, small homes with just your big one, etc.).

I suspect you are right on with the shifts ... mornings would target the business crowd over the Sat night drunkards.You should do some charter flights, Jay.

Flight hotel and car rental.

Granted plently of better or maybe eaiser is the right word to travel to and be a landlord.You can fly to KC from socal for dirt cheap and it's a little over 3hr flight...prices are lot more affordable then Vegas/phx.

You could look up here in the Northwest our prices are far more affordable and it offers cash flow and appreciation.. although competition for the great deals is keen but its same time zone. and only 1.5 hours flight for 200 dollars.
