I have a tenant who is living rent free

My PM left me high and dry with a tenant in place still. They havent paid rent in 10 months. The home is in Jax Florida in a D neighborhood. Pms dont wanna work there. What do I do?

 Sell, sell, sell. You should be investing in Las Vegas or Phoenix where you can drive to if necessary.
