Hello, Starting to research about STR options/opportunities in Mexico (as a Canadian living in Canada).

I renovated the home while 3 of my friends lived with me and paid my mortgage.

I am interested in buying a long-term turnkey property in a nice area (I live in San Diego so this property would have to be out of state).

I own a 4plex where I live in one and rent the other 3. 

If not, you’ll need to resolve these liens, which could complicate the investment.Current Occupants: The family living in the property could be protected under Massachusetts’ tenant and housing laws.

I post my rental listings on FurnishedFinder and Facebook (there's a couple DU living fb groups) and have had a good experience with hardly any vacancies. 

Do these folks have temporary  overage for places to live?

We live in San Diego so would be long-distance, TBD if we self-manage or enlist a PM.
