To do it correctly is expensive and by that, I mean pulling permits on all the electrical, gas and mechanical, vinyl plank flooring in the high traffic areas, upgrading the carpet above the cheap investor grade, new counter tops, ceramic tile, addressing all external issues including the fence and external buildings and tons of other minor details.

They tend to have better bones and better quality construction...but I hate the bathrooms that comes in teal, pink, yellow, green, blue...I have nine bathrooms in various properties covering the entire rainbow color spectrum.I am seeking advice on two things.First, most of these bathroom have the integrated ceramic soap dishes, tooth brush holders.

I also trenched around the sides of the house, added drain tile. filled the trenches in with gravel and tied that in to the same gutter drain tile that goes away from the house.Lastly, I installed ceramic tile on the slab.
