Florida Investing, Information?
Hey everyone,
I'm a Canadian Entrepreneur and contractor, I was wondering what are the essential information I should acquire (and hopefully, you can provide) before buying a property there?
My plan is rather simple, buy houses, rehab them and rent them out. Come back to Montreal and keep working here, and rinse/repeat.
Specifically, I was wondering if I can do all the work for myself? Should I Incorporate a Real Estate company? Should I incorporate a Renovation company? Or the one that I have in Montreal is enough? What are the standards in Florida, in the construction category?
Any reference is appreciated!
