XSitePro is not a portal solution nor is it membership website solution.One more thing that XSitePro is not designed for – shopping carts.

I would recommend looking into a membership as well.

As a rule of thumb, it costs several $1000s a year to sustain as a realtor with the membership, lockbox, mls subscription, desk fees.

Since I don't have experience with the "buy and hold" or appreciation strategy, my advice would be to personally reach out to one of the "buy and hold" investors directly, which you can do with your BP Pro-Membership.

I signed up to Bigger Pockets' free membership after I purchased a single family rental in Trenton.

This membership looks to be paying off in spades.

I’ve also used Bank of Internet, they’re a little slower,  But if you get a Costco premium membership for the discount their rates and charges are quite reasonable. 

BP does have state-specific lease docs that are part of our Pro membership. 

I am Thinking about getting into the plus membership.
