I've been  in the construction and woodworking industries for ~25 years now, and I'm finally looking at investing into my own projects. My wife and I are working on getting our first fixer in north Texas.  I'm well versed in most of the trades, and plan on taking on most of the labor for the first few flips, until we can gather enough profits to start managing the work, in place of doing it all ourselves.

I've been listening to the podcast,  and it got me interested in finally doing something with the membership I signed up for on here a few years ago.  I'm really interested in seeing how a lot of you are managing the money side of your endeavors
