Anywhere in between, I think it's deflationary because consumer won't continue to eat it & supply side is still long enough to not warrant new supply at tariff related prices.We really need to see how long this lasts.

Just know that you won't make any money on the land for a very long time in most cases.

I would plan to long-term rent the property from day one and would never reside in the property before renting.  

@Gregg HuttonIf I were starting over with limited resources, house hacking or the BRRRR strategy would likely be the best focus for long-term growth and cash flow.

@Brian LuterYour focus on small multifamily and land acquisition is a strong strategy, especially for scaling and long-term value creation.

But you should have a good idea of when that will come due and if you can finance it.

Why spend 12% for someone to manage a property in good shape where you just collect rent and respond to an occasional need?
