I think this sentiment is a symptom of COVID, which like the virus will come to pass in the long run.

Have been trying to buy a rental property for the past year and want to know what would be the best way for me to actually get out there and buy a property in times like these with the virus around.

Since the unit is still occupied, I'm sure your current tenant would be understanding enough to film a video of your property, since that way no people would be passing through the property and there wouldn't be any possible exposure to the virus.

I always clean between tenants but now I know there are companies that come in an use ultraviolet light to kill all the viruses.  

Also, the whole corona virus/force majeure theory hasn’t been established one way or the other, as to canceling/enforcing contracts. 

@Sean HarrisKeep in mind that in order to take a distribution or loan under the CARES Act you must have been impacted by the virus in one of the enumerated ways & your current account provider must allow you to take a CARES Act distribution or loan.

Everything was fine until the Chinese virus , all will be great again even better.
