15k how to invest in Charlotte

I have 15,000 saved up and just moved to Charlotte NC. Have been trying to buy a rental property for the past year and want to know what would be the best way for me to actually get out there and buy a property in times like these with the virus around. I’ve been putting it off for a while but also was saving money in the mean time. I’m looking to get some advise from someone that may be in my local market or tips. Is 15k even enough to get started? Thanks
