During an air quality inspection for a property I’m looking at 2 kinds of mold were found to be at “Elevated” levels: Aspergillus/Penicillium and Basidiospores.

I love how there are some real quality plane manufacturers in the far north with Cirrus in Duluth and Quest in Sandpoint.looks like there’s some fun elevation surrounding that Chelan airport...We never made it up that far.

I am coming at this from a stand-point of having bought $40MM worth of apartments in 10 months, and while the Cap rates are compressed and per unit costs are elevated I am very bullish on the sector in specific locations.I am seeing folks underwrite to the yesteryear, which I understand coming from those who were around in 2008.

The property is a mixed building, 3 story w/ elevator.

@Ben Steelman, Ryan Smith with Elevation did a great presentation in the Passive group regarding how we are moving from an LP market to a GP market. 

I’d make it easy and build the same floor plan with different front elevation. 

Staying in a higher elevation that is not near water or a water-way would be a plus even if it looks calm right now.Good luck to you!

Also, the water heater is sitting on the floor and not elevated.
