I am keen to also learn property management, so I can manage my home myself.I am currently in contract to purchase a rental.

I'm not too keen on the whole idea of wholesaling.

Yes, I have bi yearly or quarterly inspections done so I do keep a keen eye on my investments as well.Where I rent I actually get more from section 8 than what market rent currently is so that's another added bonus in my area. 

Was talking to a fellow BP'er & software developer, Ron Keene (can't @ him), but https://www.biggerpockets.com/users/scoremax that's his profile...And as he was helping me with some technical issues, he asked how many retail buyers I had in my database with interest in buying one of my properties.

Im not really keen on paying someone $1150 for what should be tops a 2-3 hour job.

Thanks Larry- the guy wasn't to keen on the seller financing as he wants to get his estate in order and is not interested in long-term financing- despite my best efforts!
