Relocating from Austin to San Diego

I will be relocating from Austin to San Diego around July 2016. I am originally from England. Looking to form my dream team and go big...very big. Have had big success in e-commerce and real estate investing in Austin and looking to further capitalize on early RE success in London (50% ROI on 1st house). Keen to talk to hungry, passionate hustlers only with these job titles:
- realtors
- contractors
- lawyers (with experience in RE)
- accountants (with experience in RE)
- partners/co-founders
- staging companies
- property management companies

Looking forward to talking.
