New Member from Washington

Hello All,

Posted one before but I think I was in the wrong forum.

I am new to REI. Would love to learn quickly and at least do two deals a year. I am keen to also learn property management, so I can manage my home myself.

I am currently in contract to purchase a rental. I dont really know what I am doing so I am going to post a question about this on another forum hopefully get some answers.

Its good to be here and I hope to learn from you all.
