There is a ton of ways to make money in RE and it’s easy to get distracted.

I detest coffee shops...to many distractions and you need to have the other party's full attention.

Congrats for being on top of what affects you and your future while others are setting up distractions. 

With this being an election year, the politicians who are driving the boat are more distracted than usual on their political careers rather than the good the American public.

I don't want to get distracted by what seems like the "right thing to do", when I could be making much more and building my career in real estate faster.

You have to know your self and what your working towards to be able to block out distractions that don't fit into your system.

Do you learn to embrace the process of cutting losses, and not get distracted from the progress??

You need two things, deal flow and capital. so each week or month, set actions that work towards creating deal flow and capital. focus on that. read books and learn those topics. this is just an example, but this is the thought process i have been employing. its easy to get distracted on other aspects or ventures since there are so many different approaches to real estate. 

Stay focused on real estate and don't get distracted by selling automobiles.General question: What is your criteria for just walking away?!?!
