They are just some simple but open-ended questions for customer discovery research. 

One thing I look for when doing discovery with potential new Clients is a little bit of personalization.

Your ENTIRE ESTATE is now exposed and subject to discovery in any subsequent litigation.May as well post a list of your holdings on a billboard saying, "Come 'n get it!"

As for anonymity, not sure why you want to be anonymous but if it is to "avoid lawsuits".... the plaintiff's lawyer is going to find you with simple discovery if you are relevant to the case.

This will rack up discovery fees for any potential plaintiff and attorney willing to assume that risk, and turn many others back before they even start.

   #1 question I have is what is the rent...then I know if we have a deal or not.....90pct of the time they don't put rent roles or rents in the listing...so it is a discovery process.   

Back to the meetup, explaining this discovery to the guys, one of them made me repeat the stat and clarify if that number was HOUSEHOLD income or SINGLE income.

In my discovery the current owners had purchased the property in 2018 and were behind on the property taxes.

If you are personally sued, during the discovery process, you will need to provide information on all of your income, and assets (including your LLC in a state with anonymity).
