How I made an ROI of 69.64%
I came across this boarded-up property as I was traveling to a friend's house. I took the side streets to cut down on my commute time. When I came drive passed this wonderful yellow brick two flat building. I instantly pulled over and wrote down the address to search out the current owner/s. In my discovery the current owners had purchased the property in 2018 and were behind on the property taxes. I knew instantly I could make this deal work but the lingering question was why were they just sitting on the property? After about 6 months of back and forth with one of the owners we finally put together a purchase agreement.
