I am looking for a PM firm that is transparent, open to having a dialogue, does not get irritated by owner asking as many and as detailed questions as needed or by requests for accommodating owner’s requests (to the extent possible), whether it is at the onset of the relationship, during routine management, or if/when tenant issues arise.

Would love to dialogue on this!

Also looking for Investors who have interest in The Bahamas so we can dialogue.

Was this approach (to above question) the same for you, Brandon, and Josh or were some of you more loose than others with the planned path of the interview dialogue than others?

It would be a far more productive dialogue if a little decorum were maintained.How about we leave it at you disagree with the practice and are apparently absolute in your conviction that anyone who choses to do so, regardless of where they conduct business, must be wrong as a corollary.

We never met the owner (Erin) but had really good dialogue with her over the phone and e-mail.

Hoping someone has experienced the same thought patterns, heard of a similar situation and just hoping to get some dialogue on what makes sense/best path forward.
