Port Wing WI Short-Term Rental

We are considering a property near Port Wing, WI that we would use as a short-term rental. This city is about 60 minutes from Duluth, MN and about 40 minutes from Bayfield, WI. It is a lovely area near Lake Superior with nice hiking, waterfalls, snowmobile trails, etc. However, we would manage the property remotely as we live in the Twin Cities. Does anyone know of local companies that do cleaning, mowing/snow plowing, etc. in that area? I know there are probably options in Duluth/Superior and Bayfield, but it's a bit from those locations. I have talked to Heirloom Properties in Duluth as they have a great reputation and they said they may extend their services to the South Shore in the future. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

       Corey
