So they've already accumulated almost $1000 in fines based on my complaining  videos unless I pay that I won't get a parking sticker which means they will eagerly, put that in capital letters eagerly tow my car, as I'm sure they're already putting liens on the property and have their eyes on the prize of driving me out of here more fiercely than they already have been  foremost the entire 15 years I've suffered in this place.
