Flexibility – No two deals are the same, so I need a lender who gets creative with loan options.

I’ve not done any creative financing or invested out of state or short term rentals or fix and flips. 

I'm doing everything I can to learn about real estate investing (mainly via reading), and there are concerns I have about my future in this field, that I want some more clarification on, and better yet creative solutions.

This is the time when creative finance comes in, networks are invaluable and creative use/exit strategies are imperative.

I think it's pretty obvious what has really happened with these funds.Low interest rates for as long as they were low, coupled with a low linear increase in housing (both SFH and MFH) made everyone look like a genius.

We haven’t pursued that a great deal but we’re open to all creative ways to structure the deals, so keep’m comin. :) If you have insights regarding best practices for offering and/or structuring the equity idea over seller financing, I’d love to connect and chat about it.

Private equity seems to be a creative way to have a lender for me.
