So it’s not that it’s time consuming.

In all 50 metro areas, home price growth kept up with the 22.7% increase in consumer price index inflation in the most recent five years, and in many markets, home price growth far outpaced inflation.

The 2 biggest things that helped me jump in RE investing were:1- Consume as much information and knowledge as possible.

Selling costs will consume about 50%.  

It can be expensive, and time consuming.
