Any Real Estate Photographers On Here? Looking for help getting started...

This may or may not be the most appropriate forum to bring up on, but I'm wondering if anyone does their own professional real estate photography whether as an agent or exclusively as a photographer. I'm a new real estate investor (just closed on my first investment), finishing up my salesperson course, and also an avid outdoor/wildlife photographer. I absolutely love real estate- researching it, discussing it, love working on home projects, etc. I also love photography. I've been considering trying to break into the game as a photographer. My thoughts are to either consider it as a wholly separate business, using my (future) agent license to get to know the market, generate leads, etc. Seems like it's probably a fairly saturated market with slim margins, but considering it's a hobby already, might as well combine them? Anyone have any thoughts on starting out, whether jumping in doing pro bono work, assisting/interning, etc.? Much appreciated.
