You’re gonna want to narrow down your property type (a lot) before you start shopping.

I’m currently shopping this deal to other potential buyers/investors.

I am scheduled to close on a duplex in Milo-Grogan in mid April so havent secured a PM yet. still shopping. but will certainly update here once the decision has been made.

I would definitely shop more, neither of those deals make sense to me. 

I imagine you have shopped for a lower insurance quote, even though many companies have left the Southeast and Florida.

The banks include the lot of land into the construction as well but do shop for land that superseded the home price.

My e-commerce shops have all tanked.

I like it because it does appear to be a one stop shop for what I use it for, but its gonna take some time to adjust to the workflow.
