Investing in Palm Beach Gardens

Hi, have a quick question for whoever may know the answer… Had a property for past 5 years. Had a nice positive cashflow until approximately 1 year ago when I had increase in property tax and HOA, plus had insurance increase, which decreased my cash flow to nearly $0. Did anyone else had same issue and Is there a way to decrease this cost? Or i guess ultimate question is should i sell the property or there is a way to decrease the cost? Thank you
