Why would anyone pour their time, energy, and wisdom into a complete stranger?

Indeed, I don't want to get into an argument with Henry Clark mainly because he invests there and I don't but also because I don't like being negative, wasting energy on arguing and I highly respect and appreciate Henry and his many contributions to this very forum.

It's not just some money sitting around it was hard earned with their time and energy or it could be family legacy money that was passed down to them which is just as important.Right now investors can get about 5% just sitting liquid in the bank but taxed at the highest rate.

A Trump win would loosen up energy policy which might mean cheaper fuel to ship goods which will trickle down to lower prices for goods, but he didn't curb spending as much as you might think.

So increasing borrowing rate is like having a trigger but if you don’t put any bullets in the gun (reducing money supply), you are not going to get farI have used this analogy in the past but getting inflation down to 2% is like someone who gained 50 pounds quickly and wants to lose it.

Same staets, like mine, have an Energy Code where you are required to get a certain amount points of point for new builds.

You already have a successful business and you should put your energy towards it and look for ways to grow/scale that business.
