Am i over reacting?

At the very least, I'll see how a seller reacts to that for experience's sake.If successful with that approach, I can wholesale it for $10k to a seasoned cash buyer with enough money to handle rehab on their own, so they'll have a nice cash-flowing rental.Feasible?

Anybody have experience with how the inspector may react, what the consequences are and possible penalty?

Matthew Spiegel my understanding is that only new concrete can be stained because the acid stain will react with the limestone in new concrete to give you that glossy look.
