Out of 40 or so calls, we tried to at least give verbal offers to as many as possible.I may have spoke too soon for this particular batch as I believe there are some leads that are "No's" right now, but after we continue to follow-up I think they have a shot to turn into closed deals.

I understand liability, but when it comes to the actual property it seems to be that making a claim is a long shot, the deductible is usually large enough to cover repairs due to problems that nature occurs.

With the right property and strategy my investment will beat Facebooks returns all day by a long shot (even an average property will beat it).

Better to shoot at the general target and adjust, rather than waiting to take the perfect shot and missing the opportunity.

The smaller the better.Be patient - since each bank will call the shots on their own money that means each bank will decide on how to lend the money differently.
