Does it have to be authentic, or just similar?

You should want their authentic opinion.

I told him that while the credit report appears authentic almost anyone with a computer could fake a credit report and that the cozy reports are my way of verifying he qualifies for tenancy.My tenant told me she would reimburse the charges and I relayed that to the applicant.Then right before he sent in the application he sent me a link to some reviews of cozy and people saying they reimburse the fees to tenants and highlighted some of them saying "I hope you will consider these reviews for your business?

Also, the seller got a copy of the deed that was recorded from the county and said that it was not authentic and she did not sign it.

If so, the process requires an additional authentication.

Can anyone lead me in the direction to unveil this mans authenticity or inform me if this is reasonable deal?

The best wholesaling course that I have seen is NIKE a/k/a JUST DO IT!  

I think he actually got the materials through Home Depot but had savings on the pad (the same recycled Nike pad) that made the quote competitive.I AM familiar with VJ's--we love it!

Or that the space ship is following hail-Bop comet and we all gotta get some Nikes, cut our nuggets off and drink the kool-aid to catch a ride?
