Reunion is perfect for what you are talking about because of all of the facilities for corporate meetings plus Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal are not far away for family members of the attendees to enjoy.Just a thought . . .Keith

Each group has a different flavor, and sometimes different attendees, and sometimes they overlap. 

Lets see if we can get some of the attendees to help you out here.....

They're all super smart people with a lot to say, and I think most of the attendees are those who can digest deeper level info.  

In fairness and transparency, I am a top sponsor and helped organize with @Dave Van Horn but there are a lot of BP attendees that can also corroborate what I am saying.  

I will also offer the attendees the template I use in Google docs to keep track of my properties and net worth.

I tried to join reobroker.com but they said they only have one agent per territory, and my territory was full.I have purchased 4 different asset manager lists over the past two years, but three were ineffective with outdated information and many email bounce-backs or returned mail.The best list I found was at www.RealEstateTarget.com; I did a successful snail mail and email campaign, and picked up three new banks and an account with LPS.I cross-referenced the list with AMs on the attendee or speaker list at conferences like 5 Star and REOMAC, and attended the conferences and sessions, making every effort to meet them in person.

We had a good presentation by a public adjuster last meeting, and I'm sure he'd have some opinions about insurance companies, if you can get his contact info from another attendee.

A lot of people seem to be showing interest in it & I'm sure Keyspire is going to get at least half of attendees to purchase the package deal.What I want to know is if any of you have done these type of full on memberships with companies and spent 15K, 20K, 35K etc to be a part of networks like this and if you feel it's worked for you?
