They view society as owing them housing food cars phones health care etc just because they can still fog a mirror .they are supposedly destitute yet magically have enough money for lotto tickets , 8$ a pack cigarettes, and alcohol .

No excuse to not pay you , dont they have money for cigarettes cell phones alcohol eating out dog food etc .. geez it’s only been a a couple weeks and they are already planning to stiff you ?

Their kWH consumption seemed high but after googling average winter consumption in Oregon, theirs is only a little over the average and of course their family is also larger and at home more than the average family.

When we took over our park, water consumption jumped approximately 10-15,000 gallons per DAY when it would get really cold out as a result of everyone running water to try to prevent freezing.
