@Michael Bennettn Microsoft Excel is a pretty easy program to use.

Here's a good tip: newer Microsoft Word (2013 and beyond, I think) can open up PDF's and automatically converts them to editable text.  

Some are very large and requires database to store them and others you can just open with Microsoft Excel.

I do it myself unprofessionally using microsoft movie maker.
